A building is a collection of separate appetites: chillers that want to run, dampers that want to open, meters that want to report and networks that want to carry all of it without dropping a packet. VBFA NORTH LOGAN, LLC gathers those appetites into a single profile. Our discipline is computer integrated systems design, and it lives in the seam between field devices and the software that supervises them.
We are not a reseller and we are not a staffing desk. We are engineers who read sequences, draw networks, write point lists and stand at the panel until the last trend line behaves. That habit comes from the roastery way of working: nothing leaves the floor without a profile sheet and a cupping note behind it.
One Sequence Story
Sequences of operation are written as plain narrative first, then translated into controller logic. If a sequence cannot be explained to a facility manager, it is not finished.

A cupping flight lets a roaster taste one bean six ways before making a promise. Below, our six services sit on a single long table in two offset rows. How an Engagement Unfolds
Every project moves through the same four stages, whether it is a single rooftop unit or a campus of interconnected plants. The rhythm is deliberate because rushed integration always shows up later as drift, alarms and unhappy operators.
Intake and Profiling
We walk the site, read existing sequences, inventory controllers and interview the people who actually operate the equipment. The output is a written profile: scope, constraints, risk points and a first pass point list that everyone can argue with early.
Design and Recipe
From the profile we produce the integrated design: architecture, network topology, device schedules, graphics standards and the narrative sequence of operation. This is where Systems Integration Design and Controls Network Engineering do their heaviest lifting.
Build and First Crack
